Bookings are restricted to Bengaluru South limits. Bypassing geofences or providing false location coordinates will lead to immediate cancellation of bookings.
By booking a driver through Chaalaka Mobility Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
Bookings are restricted to Bengaluru South limits. Bypassing geofences or providing false location coordinates will lead to immediate cancellation of bookings.
Customers must ensure their vehicle has active insurance, a valid pollution under control (PUC) certificate and registration papers. Chaalaka drivers will not operate vehicles without proper legal documents.
Free cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup. Late cancellations incur a ₹100 fee. No-shows will be charged 50% of the agreed fare.
